∼ THE EXPERIENCE ∼

What it costs, and what happens next

What each collection costs, what you get, and exactly what happens between now and the day you watch your film.

∼ THE COLLECTIONS ∼

Backup ceremony audio, licensed music, and a full color grade come with every collection. So does the drone, any time weather and airspace let us fly it. None of that is an upgrade here.

† Drone coverage is considered when it's legal, safe, venue-approved or permitted, and weather and airspace allow it. It is never guaranteed, and no part of your film depends on it.

Social Film delivery is separate from complete gallery delivery. A Social Film arrives in 2 to 4 weeks, usually around three, with four weeks as the contractual maximum. The remaining films and your camera-original footage arrive within 12 weeks.

No mileage fees across the four core regions. Outside that footprint, ask for a custom travel quote at cost, with no markup.

∼ ADD ANYTHING ∼

Add What Changes The Story

A short menu, not a long one. Everything here is subject to availability and how your timeline actually looks.

  • An extra hour of coverage For a little more room around the timeline. $350
  • A second filmmaker for Spark or Chorus For complex timelines, multiple locations, or more happening at once. Subject to availability. $900
  • A Social Film for Chorus A polished 60-second vertical film, delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. $350
  • Archival SSD delivery Already included with Anthem. Available for Spark and Chorus. $275
  • Welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or another event Tell me what it is and when it happens, and we'll build the right amount of coverage around it. Custom quote
  • Travel outside the four core regions No generic surcharge and no guesswork. At cost, no markup

If your day is beginning to look like Anthem, the cleanest upgrade is Anthem. It gets you more coverage, two filmmakers, a Story Film, a Social Film, and archival SSD delivery, rather than bolting extras onto a smaller collection.

"At cost, no markup" means exactly that. You see what I pay.

Drone coverage isn't an add-on. It's considered whenever it's legal, safe, venue-approved or permitted, and weather and airspace allow, and it's never guaranteed.

∼ HOW IT WORKS ∼

From Now to the Day You Watch It

  1. You check your date. It takes about a minute. I'll reply within 24 hours.

  2. We talk for 20 minutes. Video call or phone, whichever you hate less. I'll ask about your day, not about your budget.

  3. You book. A signed agreement and a 30% retainer hold the date. The balance is due 30 days before the wedding.

  4. We plan. About a month out, we go through the timeline together and talk about people, sound, locations, and the parts you don't want rushed. I'll connect with your photographer and planner.

  5. I film, then I disappear into the edit. When a Social Film is included or added, it arrives in 2 to 4 weeks, usually around three. Your complete gallery follows within 12 weeks.

∼ WHAT I DON'T DO ∼

I don't run a shot list past you for approval. I don't line your family up for 45 minutes of posed footage. I don't ask you to do it again for the camera. I don't hold your footage hostage as an upsell. And I don't pretend a wedding is a calm event. It isn't, and the good part is what happens in the middle of the chaos.

Questions

Spark is the social-first collection: 6 hours, 1 filmmaker, a polished 60-second vertical Social Film, a full multi-camera ceremony film, and your unedited camera-original footage. If you want a longer edited film and the toasts kept whole, that's Chorus.

Yes. Every collection includes your unedited camera-original footage, meaning the original files from the cameras with no edit, soundtrack, or color grade. Spark and Chorus receive it by digital download. Anthem receives it on an archival SSD. There's no fee to access it.

When a Social Film is included or added, it arrives in 2 to 4 weeks, usually around three, so you can share it while the momentum is fresh. Your complete gallery, meaning the remaining films and your camera-original footage, arrives within 12 weeks.

Days move, and I plan for that. If you want more time, an extra hour is $350, subject to availability and how the timeline is actually running. It's easiest to decide before the day, but we can talk about it on site.

Yes. There are no mileage fees across the four core regions: south central Pennsylvania, Frederick and the Eastern Panhandle, Baltimore and central Maryland, and northern Delaware and the Brandywine Valley. Outside that footprint, ask for a custom travel quote at cost, with no markup.

When conditions allow. Drone coverage is considered when it's legal, safe, venue-approved or permitted, and weather and airspace permit it. Those conditions can change fast, so it's never guaranteed and no part of your film depends on it.

Always. I share space and light with your photo team, stay out of their frame, and keep the two of us from becoming something you have to manage. A wedding is not a production set.

Send an inquiry through the form below. Once I confirm availability, a signed agreement and a 30% retainer hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.

If something genuinely keeps me from being there, I have a network of vetted professional filmmakers who can cover the day, and your films are still edited and delivered to the same standard. The specifics are spelled out in the agreement before you sign.

Yes. Wieters Film Co. carries $2M general liability coverage, and I'll send a certificate of insurance directly to your venue whenever they ask for one.

Send me references, artists, or just the feeling you're after and I'll build around it. Every collection includes licensed music. Commercial chart tracks generally can't be licensed for wedding films, so I work from professional libraries to find something that fits the pacing of your day.
